Jewelers Mutual® hosts jewelry panel at Frazier History Museum

“Brilliance & Beyond” brings industry experts together to discuss jewelry trends, celebrity influence, and jewelry care.

NEENAH, Wis. (October 28, 2025) – Jewelers Mutual® Group, the only insurer with over a century of expertise dedicated to jewelry and jewelry businesses, is hosting a special industry-led panel as part of its year-long education sponsorship of the “Love & Marriage” exhibition at the Louisville-based Frazier History Museum.

The panel will take place on Thursday, November 6th during the museum’s special event, “Is This Love That I’m Feeling?”, an evening of love, laughter, and a little sparkle in celebration of the museum’s Davis Jewelers “Love & Marriage” exhibition.

As part of the evening’s programming, Jewelers Mutual will present Brilliance & Beyond, an engaging panel discussion exploring engagement and jewelry trends that stand the test of time. Moderated by Emili Vesilind, Jewelers Mutual’s Jewelry Trends Expert and Editor-in-Chief of Gem + Jewel™ magazine, the conversation will feature:

  • Shahla Karimi, acclaimed jewelry designer known for her modern yet timeless creations and celebrity clientele

  • Ashley Davis, Vice President of Davis Jewelers, a Louisville family-owned business since the 1920s

  • Becky Stone, jewelry writer, editor, and influential voice behind Diamonds in the Library

Together, the panelists will explore the artistry, emotion, and meaning behind jewelry—touching on iconic engagement styles, celebrity proposals, shopping smart, and protecting your most cherished pieces.

“Jewelry connects us through stories of love, legacy, and life’s defining moments,” said Jennifer Markas, Head of Industry Relations at Jewelers Mutual. “We’re honored to collaborate with the Frazier History Museum on this special event to celebrate both the creativity and care that make jewelry such a powerful expression of connection.”

In addition to the panel, guests can enjoy a relationship-themed game show, complimentary welcome cocktails, whiskey tastings by Mary Dowling Whiskey Co., shopping, fashion experiences, jewelry cleaning, and enter to win a 14K white gold curved bar diamond necklace from Davis Jewelers, with a retail value of $2,995. The museum’s “Love & Marriage” exhibition will also be open, highlighting the traditions, symbols, and craftsmanship that shape the celebration of commitment through jewelry and ceremony.

“We’re thrilled to team up with Jewelers Mutual, Davis Jewelers and Jenkins Wheatley to bring this exhibition and event to life,” said Andrew Treinen, President and CEO of the Frazier History Museum. “The Frazier is about telling stories to inspire, engage and educate, and this collaboration beautifully captures how jewelry has expressed love and commitment throughout history—and continues to do so today.”
